New Patients

We encour­age all new patients join­ing the surgery to have a med­ical exam­i­na­tion. Please make an appoint­ment with the recep­tion­ist. If you reg­u­larly take any med­ica­tions for a long term con­di­tion such as dia­betes, asthma or COPD one of our doc­tors would like to see you soon after reg­is­tra­tion. For all other patients our nurs­ing team will be happy to see you for a new patient health check up.

We also request that you fill in a “New Patient Reg­is­tra­tion Form” and bring it to the surgery when you reg­is­ter. The forms are avail­able at reception.
