Tele­phone Consultations

Doc­tors and nurses at the prac­tice have spe­cific appoint­ments for tele­phone con­sul­ta­tion each day.

Some­times it is also help­ful to arrange tests before see­ing patients, which can be decided on the tele­phone. We have also been able to increase the num­ber of patients that can be dealt with on the day by oper­at­ing this system.

Some­times it is pos­si­ble for the doc­tor or nurse to advise you over the phone with­out the need for you to attend the surgery.
